you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you are required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:

3. Claims Without an Unboxing Video
Refund or replacement requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products may not be
accepted if a valid unboxing video is not provided.

After receiving the complaint and required evidence, our team will review the case. If the
claim is found to be valid, we may provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion,
depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the original
payment method or another method communicated by us. Processing time may vary depending on
the payment provider or bank.
