2. No Cancellation or Refund After Order Placement
Once an order has been placed, cancellation, return, or refund requests will generally not be
accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any other personal reason.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within
24 hours of delivery.
For any such claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video should show the package, shipping label, opening of the package, and the condition of the product after opening.
4. Claims Without an Unboxing Video
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products may not be accepted if a valid unboxing
video is not provided.
5. Refund or Replacement
After reviewing the complaint and supporting evidence, Akshansh Publication will
determine whether the claim is eligible for a replacement or refund.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name,
address, phone number, and other required details. Akshansh Publication will not be
responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the
customer.
